I observed the reckless driving. Due to their dangerous driving behavior, I proceeded with an arrest according to roleplay procedures.
I placed them inside my police vehicle and began transporting them to the DOC. While we were traveling on the road, the player intentionally left the city (disconnected from the server) to avoid the ongoing roleplay and arrest.
This is a clear case of Combat Logging (CL), as the player disconnected during an active roleplay scenario to evade the consequences of their actions, which is a violation of GR 6.2
