2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) .
1) I was the leader of the Bloods gang on the EN2 server, making it the most active gang in the city, tracing my name there, and i leave my curators happy about what i did. That's what I want to try here as well. I'd like to get a second leadership position on another server to maintain my reputation here too, and to do new things on this server.
2) I spent a lot of time in the world of illegal side with different gangs (East Side Ballas , Bloods Street, Losantos Vagos, and The Families), but I didn't spend enough time in Marabunta Grande, so I want to try something new and do something different, and be part of Marabunta's history.
3) I have many friends who would like me to lead the organization, so we can have fun together and maintain our good reputation on this server. I am available now and can take on the responsibility of leading a gang .
4) I am only focused on gaining leadership in an illegal organization because I feel it is full of activities, and we can be active all day in robberies and hostage takings, which infuriates law enforcement and let the gang hero of the city .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I can do a lot of things that they can do to improve the level of roleplaying, such as starting to show activities from our first day until our last day without violating the server rules, because I will only hire players who know the rules and who will really help me and will not give me any warnings .
2) I have friends I trust who have experience in many gangs as highcommands, deputies and leaders, so I can call on them and give them the rank of deputy so they can help me. If I am busy, they can keep showing activities in the city.
3) I will try to organize two global events per week, in addition to a special event for my members, so that they can get away from the activities and their pressures, and give them time to relax, so that we all come back with full motivation, and break out of our usual routine.
4) I can also participate in several events weekly, and I will focus on hostage situations in new secret locations to make my gang the only terrorist organization.
