GR 6.2 does not apply if he was already sleeping before you tried to initiate RP. GR 6.2 states "6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. | WARN"
He started off AFK already. Additionally, there is a high likelihood he crashed as he did come back to speak with you so there is no ill intent to violate GR 6.2.
