[Rusty Junior]

Had someone cuffed and I was transporting him to the capitol for an officer to process, the two IDs of whom were shooting were 512151 + 530839. The other two people whom weren't shooting (496040 + 505741) and the one in a dress are actually both FIB agents, so they were trying to defend me.
