I was actively chasing the suspect with ID 494389. The suspect continued to drive his vehicle at unrealistic speeds of over 240+ KM/H despite having completely popped/missing tires. This is a clear violation of Unrealistic Behavior (UB) rules. Everything is explicitly visible in the video.
