I would like to appeal the rejection of my report.
The report was rejected because the footage does not show the player IDs. However, it was impossible to obtain their IDs without interrupting the RP.
The clip clearly shows three members of the opposing family using a prohibited and inaccessible location. Their characters were visibly inside the yellow zone while climbing, which is why my family engaged them.
In addition, they have also submitted a report against us regarding the same incident. If they were able to identify us and submit a report, I believe the administration can also identify them from the same incident using the POV or server logs.
I kindly ask that this report be reviewed based on the evidence instead of being rejected only because the IDs are not visible.
