[Immortal Judge]

As clearly seen in my POV, I was just coming out of the Tattoo Shop on Vinewood Blvd. As soon as I got into my rental car and before I could even drive away, the reported player (ID 232706) opened fire and killed me without any prior roleplay or valid IC reason (RDM).

Right after killing me, while I was dead/unconscious on the ground, the player came near my car and committed a severe toxic behavior by explicitly shouting "fucking mother fucker" over voice chat.

This is a direct and undeniable violation of GR 3.1 (OOC Insult) and GR 3.2 (Mentioning relatives / Family insult). Please check the video and issue the necessary punishments.
