Dear Mr. Lebron,
About 1–2 months ago, I was banned for cleaning during a PC check. I share my computer with my older brother, and during the PC check I was banned because Windows Firewall was disabled. I honestly did not know what this setting was or that it could cause such an issue.
I sincerely apologize for this mistake. Please give me one more chance. You can even delete my account because of this mistake if necessary, but I have heard that there may be an amnesty soon, and I kindly ask you to allow me to come back.
I truly miss my friends and the community I spent time with. I would be very grateful if you could reconsider my case.
