2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

• Vagos is pretty special for me because it was the gang where i learned everything about the Gang one by one and spend a good Quality time beside the leader. Since then, I have grown up with many gangs by working my way up from the lower ranks to the position of Under Deputy across multiple leadership terms. This journey has given me firsthand experience of how the gang operates at every level and has taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Now, I want to give back to the gang that helped me grow by leading Vagos with dedication, maintaining a strong and active community, and creating an enjoyable roleplay experience for every member.​
• If I become the Leader, I will make sure that Vagos will participates in every event and delivers high-quality roleplay. As a leader, I will organize more activities in the beach ghetto and also in main ghetto, such as robbing people and painting graffiti, while making sure the entire Ghetto is covered in Yellow. We will dominate the ghetto through our teamwork and activity, building a strong reputation that other gangs will respect and think twice before challenging.​
• I will warmly welcome every new member who joins the gang and make sure that both my High Command and I take the responsibility of teaching them the server rules and gang procedures so they can avoid mistakes during roleplay. I will give them basic responsibilities and opportunities to participate in gang activities, helping them understand and enjoy the roleplay experience under my leadership. I also believe in rewarding members for their time, effort, and dedication, as it motivates them to stay active and participate in more events.
  
  3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.​
  • As I have observed in previous terms, leader or deputies don't usually interact with the new members or people who are on low ranks. I will destroy this completely so people can have immense possible fun and enjoy their time in the organization. We will focus on events so that we don't compromise on the activity. I will make sure everyone is friendly to each other and not toxic.​
  • I will make sure that no member of the High Command shows favoritism. If anyone is found doing so, they will receive the appropriate punishment regardless of their rank. I believe fairness is one of the most important qualities of a successful gang, and every member should be treated equally. I will also ensure that everyone follows the server and gang rules. By enforcing the rules consistently and treating everyone fairly, I can maintain discipline and keep the gang organized.​
