Hello Grand RP Administration,
I am writing to request a review of my account ban and to ask for assistance securing my account.
Recently, my Grand RP account was compromised by an unauthorized person. I was unable to access my account because my login credentials had been changed. I immediately contacted Technical Support and submitted an Account Recovery request. After verifying my ownership, the Technical Support team successfully recovered my account and provided me with temporary login credentials.
Since the account has now been recovered, I kindly request that the temporary email and password assigned during the recovery process be changed so that I can secure the account with my own email address and a new password.
After recovering the account, I discovered that it is currently banned for GR 1.1/1.2. I believe this ban was issued while my account was under the control of the unauthorized person. I was not in possession of the account during that time and did not participate in any actions that may have resulted in this punishment.
I respectfully ask the administration to review my case, including the account recovery records, which should confirm that my account had been compromised and was later restored through Technical Support.
If the violation was committed by the person who gained unauthorized access to my account, I kindly request that the ban be reconsidered and lifted, as I have always intended to follow the server rules and enjoy the game fairly.
I am willing to provide any additional information or verification required to assist with the investigation.
