Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
first of all as a leader, i will keep Bloods active and participate in all events as much as possible
I've been playing for the past 2-3 years and i've been in bloods gang multiple times. personally i believe that bloods should be the gang that dominates the city the most. bloods have a good location for their hq and i'll see to no one trying to take control over Bloods
i usually would like to work with someone who has a record of past exprerience and history in criminal orginizations, id like to lead the criminal orginazation and activities.
i will also make sure that the High Command team is active and respectful with people. additionally, rulebreaks will not be tolerated in my gang as ive been High Command in criminal organizations multiple times and ive an experience of how things work.
i will also make sure to do more events with new plans and strategies to make sure everything goes well
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
my advice is :
1. bring more events and keep the organization side more active
2. giving more prizes etc. for being leader or deputy in Gang
from my side i will make sure to:
1. Recruit only the people who knows the rules.
2. Recruit people with a good past record in gangs.
3. Participate in most of the events and other activities (Robbery, Hostage situations, Fz raid, )
4. i will try to get 100% in turf
5. recruit a good spray team, trying to ensure max profits every hour
6. to make sure the Gang stays not just active, but dominant across the ghetto.
7. to make sure any internal conflicts between gang members are settled in a mature way without affecting the other members.
