Sle Azy states grand race is OOC but that doesn't mean it is not effected by events rules.
I am reporting for multiple rule breaks including 2 event rules.

You're reporting metagaming during an OOC event, there's no such thing. You're also reporting car ramming/trolling, which is not regulated within that event. Citing ER 1.1, has no specific application to the GRAND Race event. If you want a POV request? You need to Flair that in the title, what's reviewed is what is described in title.
