First of all, thank you for your efforts in maintaining fairness on the server.
I respectfully believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my ban. I was at my computer the entire time, having dinner and watching TV while manually pressing the E key myself. I did not use any macro, auto-clicker, bot, script, or any third-party software.
I was only in the gym for approximately 6–9 minutes before being disconnected. Additionally, I have already reached the maximum carrying capacity, so I had no reason to use any automated methods.
I was genuinely surprised when I discovered that my account had been banned after trying to log back in. I kindly ask you to review my case once again, as I sincerely believe this was a misunderstanding.
