1. Why do you want to become an admin and step away from active RP life? :I want to become an administrator because I enjoy helping the community and making the server a better place for everyone. I have spent a lot of time playing on the server, so I understand the rules and how different situations should be handled. I believe I am patient, fair, and able to stay calm under pressure. I am ready to leave my RP life behind because I want to contribute to the server in a different way by assisting players, resolving issues, and ensuring everyone has a fun and fair roleplay experience.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Criminal/Government/Unofficial Faction Leader) :I was only with my family.
3. What are your strengths? :My biggest strengths are patience, responsibility, and fairness. I stay calm in difficult situations, listen to both sides before making a decision, and always try to follow the server rules without bias. I am also a quick learner, communicate respectfully with players, and work well as part of a team. I am reliable, active, and always willing to help whenever I am needed.
4. What are your weaknesses? One of my weaknesses is that I can be too detail-oriented because I like to make sure every situation is handled correctly. Sometimes this means I spend extra time reviewing information before making a decision. However, I have been improving by balancing accuracy with efficiency and making decisions more confidently when needed.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? : I can bring strong communication, fairness, and problem-solving skills to the admin team. I stay calm under pressure, handle situations professionally, and follow the server rules. I can also help recruit streamers and content creators to support the server's growth.
6. Are you prepared to sell your business? (Owning a business while serving as an admin is restricted) yeah sure
7. Are there any IRL issues or situations currently preventing you from being active? : Just my work life, and only 4 or 5 days a week.
8. Is there anything else we should know or consider regarding your application?: I am active, dedicated, and always willing to learn. If given the opportunity, I will do my best to support both the staff team and the community.
