Hello Alex/Jonny/Mike, I'm sure this decision is wrong because:

1. The car's trunk contains police officer ID 398925

2. The car's trunk contains police officer ID 153599

3. The car's trunk contains police officer ID 535981

All of these appear in the POV (Police Officer Report), but IDs 153599 and 535981 receive penalties, while ID 398925 does not. Because it doesn't receive a penalty, the organization doesn't receive a warning. I request that this forum be reviewed again.
