2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


I. There are a number of factors that motivate and inspire me to lead Lspd, especially given the number of terms I have served in different organisations. The main reason why I am motivated and inspired to lead Lspd is because of the experience I have in all state organisation and in this field. I am aware of what works and what does not work

2.2 It's been some since i have joined EN1 in GRP & Have more then several hours of game in GRP. since then i have been grinding organization by taking my role as high command & making money & making my name in the EN1 city. i have multiple connections & friends who will help me out in this mission of leadership & make it one of the most active organizations yet. so i would dedicate & do the best if i become the leader.

3) I aspire to be a leader for LSPD because I am of the view that for real changes to be realized, there must be total responsibility and authority. Even though I have some authority within the High Command, it is not enough for me to make radical changes to the system. My main aim is to enhance all aspects of LSPD, including strategies, teamwork among small and large groups, enforcement of proper uniform standards, and reorganizing the HR system. With my team and curators’ support, I am assured of my capacity to create a more professional, organized, and efficient LSPD.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
  • Encouraging more cross organisation work, whether it be making sure collaborative ideas and strategies are being shared at key events, or pushing cross organisation training on a scheduled basis.
  • Ensuring training is provided effectively to all new org comers, I have noticed during recent terms at LSPD that trainees are excited to join the org and get the chance to show their work but many of times they sit waiting for a period of time just to get some advice, I want to make sure that face to face training is given 100% of the time to new comers. And making sure that high commands are also included in phase 3 training as they have such a large amount of experience and valuable advice.
  • Frequent organisation training, meaning across all departments. I would love to have meetings where we as a group all discuss factors IC such as promoting people in the departments that are doing good work, how we train people who are new to departments that might have no idea what to do, a good example of this would be IA and PR because they stand out.
  • Ensuring that city patrol and towing are always ongoing, too much of the time people just sit in the HQ and don't know what to do, simply driving around city can make a huge impact knowing that there is a LSPD presence, and, towing makes sure that people breaking the law are consistently being dealt with.

    THE DEPARTMENTS
  • 3.1
    I want to keep a good relationship with every organization because they are also part of the city. If we all work together it will be much easier to protect and help the citizens. I also want EMS to be involved in our special missions whenever it is possible. Our High Command should not hesitate to ask for their support because good teamwork between organizations always gives better results.

    3.2
    I have many plans for the organization but the first thing I want to improve is HR and Training. Every department is important but HR and Training is the backbone of the organization. If it is not managed properly the whole organization can face problems. My first plan is to create a log checking channel where we can regularly review the activity logs of our members and make sure everyone is meeting the required standards. My second plan is to create an HR and Training rank log check channel where Senior HR and Training members will check the activity of officers while the High Command will review senior ranks. My last plan is to make a responsibilities channel so every HR and Training member clearly understands their duties and knows what they are expected to do.

    3.3

    For SWAT I want to divide members into different teams so everyone knows their role during operations.

    Thrusters will be the main pushing team. They will wait for orders from High Command and if no order is given they will follow the instructions of the SWAT High Command.

    Watchers will focus on flanking instead of staying at the front of the fight. They will support the main team when needed and try to block or surprise criminals from different directions.

    Airborne members will mainly use the helicopter during operations. If a helicopter is not available they will work as Watchers until one is ready. They should always try to keep an air unit available because it gives us a better advantage during operations.

    3.4
    For Traffic Enforcement I want at least one unit to be on patrol or towing vehicles most of the time. They should also try to organize one tow operation and two checkpoints every day to improve traffic control.

    For Internal Affairs I believe choosing the right Head of Department is very important because the leader and deputies cannot interfere with their work. A responsible and trusted person can keep the department fair and professional.

    For Public Relations I want them to organize one event every day so we can build a better relationship with the citizens and keep good communication with the community.

    For Investigation Bureau I want them to collect as much evidence as possible during every situation and support FIB whenever needed. Working together with other organizations will always make investigations stronger and help us achieve better results.
