2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 LSPD holds a special place for me because it was the first organization I joined when I arrived in the city. Over time, I’ve completed many terms under different leaders, building strong connections with the people there. It no longer feels like just an organization its mk family. With the experience I’ve gained, I now feel confident and ready to take on the responsibility of leading LSPD.
2.2. Thirdly, I truly believe that some people in this city are simply overlooked. I feel passionately about wanting to make sure the right officers receive the recognition they deserve, being in high command for numerous of terms I want department work to have a much larger say in units work when reaching higher ranks within the organisation, and building on this overtime to give them the confidence to become high commands in their departments and provide the correct level of support to allow future leaders of state to have the confidence to truly understand what they are doing.
2.3. During my experience in the Lspd, I have been able to gain in-depth knowledge about the way in which each one of these departments in the organization works and relies on other departments to function in an efficient manner. This includes their patrol, command, and Human Resources and Training Department. As I understand the way in which this organization works, I will be able to utilize this knowledge to maximize these contributions if I were to be placed in charge in the future.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. I will ensure that my Internal Affairs Department will have a grasp over the conduct within the organisation which will reduce the amount of misconduct in general. Therefor, the organisation wont be contradicted in the eyes of the state and citizens. This also builds the foundations for the organisation to run smoothly from within which will improve out ability to work as a team therefor improving RP.
3.2 . Another thing which will improve RP in my term is interacting and collaborating with LifeInvader and taking interviews, this way the citizens of San Andreas have an insight into LSPD which should improve their level of confidence in our ability to help everyone. We will achieve this by supporting and motioning the Public Relations Department to ensure the Media side of operations is running smoothly. We will insure that the Public Relations department is full of big characters within the organisation which have creative mind sets.
