Hello LeBron,
Please Watch my Proofs i send all my Payments on Kinguin.
I kindly ask you to take a few moments to read my message and fairly review my case.
I fully understand that the chargeback resulted in a rule violation and that this is considered a very serious offense. I completely respect the rules and understand why action was taken. However, I would like to explain the situation from my perspective.
A friend gifted me Grand Coins for the Battle Pass and later another 10 Grand Coins for containers. At no point did I expect or know that he would later initiate a chargeback. Had I known that this would happen, I would never have accepted or supported it.
To support my statement, I have attached two screenshots showing that my last personal Grand Coins purchase was made on 23.06.2026. This should demonstrate that the most recent payment through which I received Grand Coins was not made by me. If necessary, this information can also be verified through my email and my Kinguin purchase history, which clearly shows the purchases I personally made.
If the attached screenshots cannot be accessed or viewed, I would be more than happy to provide them through another method, such as Discord or any other platform you prefer, so they can be reviewed without any issues.
I fully understand that my account ultimately benefited from the Grand Coins, and I am not trying to avoid responsibility. I simply hope there is a way to resolve this situation. If possible, I am more than willing to personally repay the full amount that was charged back in order to make things right.
I sincerely regret that this situation occurred, even though I was unaware of the chargeback at the time. I value the time and progress I have invested into my account, and I would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue playing.
If necessary, I would even be willing to start over from scratch on DE1. My only wish is to be able to continue being a part of the Grand RP DE1 community.
