2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become the leader of this org because I feel like gangs are not in a great spot right now. Most of the time it feels like LEOs have the advantage because they just have much more numbers than gangs and a lot of events end up going the same way. I will change that with my term and will make the gangs side strong again and a lot of fun ofcourse.
Ive been the leader of Ballas, Marabunta, and Families before, and I've also been a deputy in every gang except Families. That gave me a lot of experience with leading orgs and planning events and keeping a gang active. A lot of players already know who I am, so I think getting people to join wouldn't be a problem. My goal would be to make the organization active every day and create good roleplay that everyone can enjoy.
A while back I wanted to lead every gang, but now the only one I really want is Bloods. It's the only gang I haven't had the chance to lead yet, and it's usually one of the most active organizations on the server. Even when the leader isn't well known, people still join it, so I think I could build something even better with the experience I already have.
For deputies, I'd only pick people that I know can actually handle the job. I'd choose experienced people like Mike White, Saint Opps, and Bob Hill. Bob doesn't play as much anymore, but he's still someone with a lot of leadership experience and knows what he's doing.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Some advice I have for improving roleplay is to not be afraid to use roleplay commands and get creative with them. As long as you're following the server rules and not abusing them, they can make scenes a lot more fun and realistic.
Another thing I'd recommend is working together with other organizations or gangs when planning for events. Having a strategy and coordinating with each other can make events more enjoyable and create better roleplay for everyone involved.
One thing I've always liked seeing is criminals and corrupt LEOs (with an approved bio, of course) working together by sharing information or helping each other out. It adds another layer to roleplay and is a creative way to make good use of a bio while creating interesting storylines.
Some of the goals that I have for this term:
Terrorist organization
Will try to get 100% turf season
Win LITERALLY EVERY event in the term, even an ATM robbery
A LOT of numbers at events
Max or nearly max spray profits every hour
