I have spent a long time in gang roleplay and have gained valuable experience in different organizations. I was a 3x Ballas Deputy, 1x Bunta Under Deputy, and I am currently serving as a Families Under Deputy. These roles taught me how to manage members, resolve conflicts, organize activities, and maintain discipline. I believe I have reached a point where I am ready to lead my own organization and use everything I have learned to create a stable and enjoyable environment.
2.2. Creating High-Quality Roleplay
My main goal is not only to win events or recruit many members, but to build an organization that is known for quality roleplay. I want every member to understand the value of realistic interactions, teamwork, and respect for server rules. I enjoy planning roleplay scenarios and encouraging members to stay active, so everyone has a better experience while representing the organization.

I want to become the leader because I am committed to this organization for the long term. I am active, motivated, and always willing to improve. I want to build a strong and loyal team where members feel respected and have opportunities to grow. 3.1) I will carefully select experienced and responsible deputies who can support the leadership team, guide members correctly, and help maintain stability throughout the entire term.
3.2) I will organize regular RP trainings and internal meetings to improve communication, teamwork, and every member’s understanding of server rules and realistic roleplay.
3.3) I will encourage members to prioritize quality roleplay over simply winning situations. Every interaction should feel realistic and enjoyable for everyone involved.
3.4) I will keep the organization highly active by planning daily events, gang activities, and rewarding members who consistently contribute to the gang’s success.
