Hello

I was at the harbor and was adjusting my position before entering the area. As I crossed to the other side of the road another player intentionally drove into me. You can clearly tell from their maneuvers that they started their vehicle solely to hit me then drove away afterward. I believe this was done deliberately and I request that the appropriate punishment be issued
