I would like to explain why my account was banned.
My account was banned due to a family war within the game. I want to emphasize that the video I submitted did not include the game's audio. Honestly, I didn't know that the game's audio was required for recording. This was an unintentional mistake on my part, and I sincerely apologize.
My vacation has just started, and I was enjoying playing. This ban has completely ruined my day.
I kindly request that you reconsider my case and, if possible, lift the ban and reactivate my account. I assure you that I will abide by all the rules in the future.
