As you can see in the Screenshot i have provided in the proofs he said three things first is ez gov in the RP chat which is considered
secondly, he said GR 3.1 to me which will be considered as mixing
Thirdly he told me that i am indian which is my OOC life and is considered OOC insult and will be GR 3.1
