I received a warning there, even though I didn't commit RDM. The person there swore at me in Turkish and said, "If you hit the motorcycle, I'll kill and ruin you," so I opened fire in response.

You killed in front of Event before Eventtime. This has nothing to do with RDM / RP Reason, youc annot EVER kill before event. Read ER1.2
