Dear Admin, as you can see, at the very beginning of the video, this player issues a "demand" at the location where I went to join the gang—which is against the rules. Afterward, he invokes religion by using the word "vallahi" (I swear by God). Subsequently, he shoots both me and my friend while we are within the gang's territory and hurls unspeakable insults at us. He also admits that his main account is permanently banned and that he is playing on a "twink" (alt) account. I request that appropriate action be taken, and I need a Turkish admin to verify the truth of these claims.
