2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

A.
My experience across HR, IA/MP, SWAT, DA, PR, and TE has given me a complete understanding of every aspect of the department. I will use that knowledge to strengthen every division, build capable leaders, uphold accountability, and ensure the Los Santos Police Department operates with professionalism, discipline, and integrity. My goal is not only to lead the department but to leave behind a stronger foundation for those who serve after me.

B. I have been playing on the server for many months now. I have been part of various state and crime organizations, including:
-NG - Rank 27 HOD of HR + NG DA
-LSPD- Rank 25 DHOD of TE / (or same as SAHP)
-SAHP- Rank 27 current SAHP DA
-GOV- Rank- Deputy Director or IA.
-DOJ- Rank State attorney (above JSA) , 2x DA
-FIB- Rank 8 Under cover Evidence checker
-Ballas - HC.

C. My main focus as the leader of LSPD will be to build respectful relationships between LSPD and all other organizations, ensuring there is no discrimination internally or externally. I will maintain zero favoritism. During my time in HR, every person I hired was given ranks fairly, which proves I do not practice favoritism. I also want lower-ranking members to have an amazing term, as they are the ones who work the most on the ground. Focus on RP and make people focus or RP instead of skipping it and chasing ranks, As i have worked as attorney for a while I will be able to guide the HR department very well.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. City Rules :
we will make sure new members are properly trained in the rules of role-play since this is essential for developing future officers. our HRT division needs to be top-notch at training and ensuring new members follow the rules.

2. Active Internal Events
  • Regular TE raids/CP/SWAT training/Open recruitment.
  • Daily/weekly PR events.
  • Emergency response simulations (Training for how to react on Raids)
  • Special Classes.
