Dear Administration Team,
I would like to file a complaint regarding the sanction issued by Dome Lee.
On 05.07.2026 at 12:30 PM, I was sanctioned for GZ 1.1. Here is the link to the complaint.
In the video, at 0:03, it can be seen that we are approaching the Black Market. At 0:07, it is clearly visible that a player is aiming a drawn weapon at another person and appears to be prepared to use it.
I (ID: 114129) then exited the vehicle and opened fire on that player outside of the Black Market area, as the armed player posed an immediate threat to me or other people. In this situation, using a Taser would not have been appropriate, as it would constitute §1.6 UN-RP. Although I initially missed several shots, it is also visible that the player with ID 109705 immediately began placing handcuffs on the suspect. As soon as I realized this, I stopped firing because the player no longer posed a threat. I fully understand why the player with ID 109705 was sanctioned.
During the entire situation, the player did not speak at all. For this reason, we intended to request administrative assistance, as communication with the player was impossible. We suspected either a violation of General Rule 6.2 or that the player did not have a working headset, since they were completely unresponsive immediately after being detained, despite actively participating in the RP just moments before the arrest.
Unfortunately, I had to leave shortly afterward due to a private emergency, which I do not wish to discuss in further detail. If there are any questions regarding this complaint, I am happy to answer them in character (IC).
I believe the sanction issued against me is unjustified and respectfully request that my warning be reviewed again, especially since it may also lead to the rejection of my transgender biography.
Furthermore, it is unclear to me why I was sanctioned under GZ 1.1. To the best of my knowledge, it has never been officially announced that the area in front of the Black Market is considered an unofficial Green Zone. If this is indeed the case, I kindly request proof showing where this rule has been officially communicated. This proof may be provided to me either in character (IC) or via Discord (timopro500).
