1.1 want to become the leader of National Guard because I enjoy leading a team and helping members improve I want to create a place where everyone feels respected supported and enjoys working together
1.2 I have spent a lot of time in state organizations including National Guard where I reached Rank 28 This experience taught me the importance of teamwork communication and responsibility I believe I can make fair decisions and help the organization run smoothly
1.3 I want to make National Guard more active by organizing trainings patrols operations and events so soldiers always have something to do and can enjoy their roleplay experience
3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1.1 I will organize activities such as patrols convoys military exercises and special operations so soldiers do not spend the whole day standing at the gate and getting bored
1.2 I will help new recruits learn the rules procedures and their duties so they can become good soldiers quickly and feel comfortable in the organization
1.3 I will do state waves and open hiring at different times every day so more city players have a chance to join National Guard and become part of the family
1.4 I will hold regular training sessions for all soldiers and make sure ammunition supplies are delivered on time so every state organization can continue working without problems
1.5 I will maintain good relationships with all state organizations and work together during special operations events and emergencies to create better roleplay for everyone
1.6 I will make sure hardworking and deserving members receive promotions and leadership opportunities If a High Command member is inactive for a long time without a valid reason that position will be given to a more active and dedicated soldier
4 Specialized Departments
I will keep four main departments in National Guard and each one will have an important role
4.1 Military Police MP
Military Police will maintain order inside the base guard the gates enforce the rules and make sure everything runs smoothly and professionally They will check vehicles and visitors entering Fort Zancudo respond to internal problems assist High Command with discipline and make sure soldiers follow military procedures while on duty They will also help secure the base during operations and emergencies
4.2 Human Resources HR
Human Resources will handle recruitment interviews and training They will help new members learn everything they need to know and keep the organization active organized and running smoothly They will guide recruits answer their questions organize trainings and evaluations keep track of member activity and help deserving soldiers grow within the organization
4.3 Air Force AF
Air Force will manage helicopters and aircraft transport soldiers patrol the area and provide air support during operations whenever other state organizations need assistance They will perform reconnaissance during dangerous situations transport troops and supplies assist during large operations and special events and make sure pilots are trained and ready for emergency missions
4.4 Special Forces SF
Special Forces will be the main tactical unit They will respond to dangerous situations protect the base assist during hostage rescues and Aircraft Carrier events and provide heavy support to other state organizations during authorized emergencies They will defend important locations protect military assets support LSPD SAHP and FIB during major operations and provide tactical leadership during critical situations
