In this POV, I was arresting the suspect. If the driver of the other vehicle wanted to pull me over, he should have clearly initiated the traffic stop by giving verbal commands or informing me to stop. He never said anything or gave any instructions. Instead, he kept ramming my vehicle (CR), interfering with the arrest, and appeared to be trying to help the suspect evade jail.​
