Hello Administrator,

I am submitting this complaint due to a violation of General Rule 6.15. I was fishing in the event area on my boat. As seen in the POV footage, the player with ID 71321 swam toward my boat and boarded it. He suddenly demanded that I leave the area within 5 seconds. However, he did not give me the 5 seconds necessary to comply with his demand. He counted down irrationally quickly (“5… 1”) and immediately shot and killed me. He did not give me a realistic amount of time or opportunity to start the engine and leave the area; this is a clear violation of General Rule 6.15.

I request that the administration review the footage and penalize the player for this rule violation. Thank you.

I would like to respond to this complaint.

The complainant is presenting the incident without the full context. Before taking any action, I gave a verbal demand for the player to leave the area. This was not an immediate or random attack.

The complainant is now arguing that the countdown was too fast, but this does not change the fact that there was prior interaction before I fired. Additionally, the submitted POV is still incomplete and does not show the events leading up to the confrontation.

If the complainant believes their recording represents the entire incident, I kindly request them to upload at least 1 minute before the submitted clip so the administration can review the complete sequence of events instead of only a selected portion.

I respectfully request the administration to review all available evidence and make a fair decision based on the full context of the incident.
