Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1-For the crime rate in the city to rise, the Ballas gang needs to take action, and achieving this requires a leader who is intelligent, strong, and cunning; this will both strengthen the gang and allow us to hold power in the city. I will increase the city's crime rate not alone, but with the help of intelligent individuals I have selected, thereby taking on responsibility and gaining experience. I have been involved in this project for a long time, and now I want to gain experience and assume responsibility.
2-Another goal of ours will be to achieve 100% control across all regions, thereby securing total dominance over the ghetto. Beyond just hitting that 100% mark, we will further bolster our power and edge closer to ruling the city by carrying out store robberies and hostage situations—actions that will boost crime rates and raise the gang's profile.
3-The Ballas have needed a leader for quite some time, and I feel incredibly ready to step into that role. Of course, I also realize that ensuring a successful term requires careful attention to many details. The fact that I haven't held a leadership position before doesn't mean I'm not up to the task; I feel truly prepared and am confident that I will lead a fantastic term.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-To maintain a high level of RP, it is absolutely crucial to collaborate with individuals who understand the rules and to recruit such people into the gang. If someone violates a rule, I do not punish them immediately; however, if the behavior persists—happening multiple times—I will kick them out of the gang with the stipulation that they will not be allowed back in. Kicking someone out is not something I typically do; if I witness a rule violation—meaning the RP quality drops—I instead teach the rule to the person who committed the infraction.
2-I have decided not to let toxic people into the gang; everyone needs to show mutual respect. If we operate with strength and a spirit of brotherhood, we will amplify our power and become the strongest force of all.
