as u can see in the pov i was looking for a wanted guy and the suspect was tears rain which looked like a female name so when i arrived there i saw a girl riding bike i tried to stop her but she ran away so she was already not complying with me, the last thing i could do was to stun her and when i stunned her she left the situation so she couldn't be punished which is clear CL and also might be GR 6.2
