Hello,
I would like to request that this complaint be reviewed by a higher-ranking administrator, preferably a Curator of Administrators, Deputy Chief Administrator, or Chief Administrator, as I believe this situation deserves an impartial review.
I would like to explain exactly what happened from my perspective.
I had recently returned to the city after being away for several months. I was driving around with a friend, showing him some of the vehicles I own. At the same time, I was talking to a new player who had just joined the city. I was helping him understand how things work, answering his questions, and trying to give him a good first impression so that he would enjoy the server and continue playing.
During this interaction, Administrator Mouad Elmundo suddenly appeared and issued us a mute for FL in GZ.
I have a few concerns regarding this decision.
First, the location where we were stopped was the highway. To my knowledge, the highway is not considered a Green Zone. If it were, then gangs would not be able to take hostages, rob players, or carry out other roleplay activities there, which clearly happens on a regular basis. Because of this, I do not understand how the punishment for "FL in GZ" was justified.
Second, I would like to know why the administrator was even present in the first place. No report had been made, nobody had requested administrative assistance, and from my perspective, the administrator simply appeared next to us without any reason. I believe administrators should only interfere when they are responding to reports, handling rule violations, or assisting players who require help. It felt very unusual that an administrator was observing a normal conversation between players on the side of a highway.
I fully respect the administration team and understand that mistakes can happen. However, based on this situation, I genuinely believe the administrator may have misunderstood the server rules or applied them incorrectly. For that reason, I believe this incident should be reviewed by senior administration. If it is determined that the punishment was issued incorrectly, I would also recommend that the administrator receive additional training to ensure similar situations do not happen again. If appropriate under the server's administrative policies, I believe an administrative strike should also be considered.
Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I appreciate any higher administrator who reviews this case objectively and hope a fair decision can be reached.
Kind regards,
Andro Armani
