As you can see, we caught him and he started to flee; we thought he had surrendered, but despite there being three of us he managed to slip out of his handcuffs and escape right under our noses. We gave chase, but he even jumped onto the roof of a house. He has already been penalized for entering the house at the end of the video, but he was not punished for the prior incidents; please punish him. Removing handcuffs while surrounded by three police officers is unrealistic I consider this a Fear RP violation and driving a vehicle onto the roof of a house is a driving style that falls under UB (Unrealistic Behavior).
