Additional Information

1. Leader of National Guard (SANG)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

(1). I want to become the Leader of National Guard because I have a strong passion for leadership and teamwork. I enjoy helping people improve, guiding them toward success, and creating an environment where every soldier feels respected, supported, and motivated. My goal is to build a united organization where members enjoy their time while maintaining professionalism and discipline.

(2). I have gained valuable experience within state organizations, which has taught me the importance of communication, responsibility, and decision-making. I am capable of remaining calm under pressure, resolving problems fairly, and leading by example. As a leader, I will ensure that every member is treated equally and given the opportunity to grow within the organization.

(3). I want to bring activity, innovation, and stability to the National Guard. By introducing new training programs, military operations, roleplay scenarios, and community events, I will ensure that soldiers always have meaningful tasks to participate in. My objective is to make National Guard one of the most respected, active, and successful legal organizations on the server.

3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization

(1). I will organize daily roleplay activities such as military patrols, convoy escorts, training exercises, and joint operations with other state organizations. This will keep soldiers engaged and provide them with consistent opportunities to participate in meaningful roleplay.

(2). I will focus on recruiting active and dedicated individuals while ensuring that every member receives proper guidance and support. High Command members will be assigned responsibilities to maintain activity and organization throughout every shift.

(3). Recruitment sessions will be conducted daily at different times to allow more players the opportunity to join National Guard and contribute to the organization's growth and success.

(4). Regular training sessions will be held to improve marksmanship, communication, teamwork, discipline, and tactical awareness. These trainings will help soldiers perform efficiently during operations and emergency situations.

(5). Weekly objectives, including ghetto patrols and special operations, will be completed with maximum participation. I will also host internal competitions, challenges, and events to keep soldiers motivated and encourage healthy competition.

(6). High Command members will be expected to remain active and fulfill their duties responsibly. Any member of leadership who remains inactive without a valid reason for an extended period will be replaced by a more dedicated individual to ensure effective leadership within the organization.

4. Specialized Departments

I will maintain four primary departments within National Guard, each with a specific purpose and responsibility to ensure efficiency, organization, and professionalism throughout the faction.

4.1 Military Police (MP)/ Internal Affairs/(IA)

The Military Police Department will be responsible for maintaining discipline and enforcing regulations within the base. They will oversee gate security, monitor soldier activity, investigate rule violations, and ensure that military standards are upheld at all times.

4.2 Human Resources (HR)

The Human Resources Department will oversee recruitment, interviews, and training for new soldiers. Their primary objective will be to identify capable recruits, educate them on National Guard procedures, and assist them in becoming successful members of the organization.

4.3 Air Force (AF)

The Air Force Department will manage all aviation-related operations. They will provide aerial support during missions, transport personnel when required, conduct reconnaissance patrols, and maintain security of the airspace surrounding Fort Zancudo.

4.4 Special Forces(SF) /Special Tactics and Weapons (SWAT)

The Special Forces Department/Special Tactics and Weapons will serve as the organization's elite tactical unit. They will respond to high-risk situations, assist during attacks on military facilities, participate in special operations, and work closely with other state organizations during critical events.
