I don't know if this complaint pertains to my issue or not, but I bought a game on Steam instead of Rockstar Games, and I have a Rockstar Games account. I want to transfer that account to my Steam account so I can play the game from Steam instead of Rockstar. Can I do this? I don't want to break any rules.
