I was chasing him to claim bounty but as I was about to kill him he did CL, you can see that in below video

After that when later he came back to city I again chased him but this time he went into mall business area to save himself

There is 3 of the exact same POVs provided. As for the POV where he allegedly returned and entered the mall, according to you, that evidence has not been provided.
