habibi deponn was born in America and dream to serve his nation. At the age of 13 he joined in the government and Get the ranks due to his loyalty, skill, and ability. But his Trust in justice was destroyed when a corrupt SAHP officer falsely accused him and demanded a bribe to dismiss his false charges, Habibi Paid them to leave him and don't put false charges.
The betrayal was not over yet. An senior Gov officer did the same with him after some time, threatening habibi career and asking for bribes to not disturb him and his career. habibi understood that honor was a useless word, where power and corruption held sway. That day, he ceased being a soldier of justice and became a soldier of power and started doing the things the liked and then no one tried to threat him and and no one tried to disturb him in city, After that he made some contact with the Criminals also in the city.
Career Story
habibi remained in the government, but everything had changed. No longer motivated by ideals, he started useing his rank and authority to capture control behind the scenes. He started helping criminals and favouring his family and friends from his position in government, As High Command of government, he accepted bribes to Leave the criminals, covered up criminals, leaked information of government, and muzzled threats.
What once shatter him now galvanized him, this all become the daily roaten of his life in city.habibi deponn emerged a kingpin within the system that destroyed him untouchable, unstoppable, and in total command.

1-habibi can take bribes or help people escape jail/lower their sentence max $100.000
2- habibi can do any illegal activity with friends or family/by himself he likes, e.g go ghetto, burger shop, robing etc... due to his criminals past (off duty only/ not against cops)
