Dear Lebron, I am writing to clarify the situation regarding my ban from 2 years ago. At that time, my Social Club account was directly blocked/banned by the system. In your recent reply, you stated that my character ID is not banned, but my Social Club remains blocked. Since this block was part of the original punishment from 2 years ago and I have served my time, I kindly request you to lift the block on my Social Club hardware/account ID so I can finally log back into the server.
