2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 From the very beginning, I wanted to join Law Enforcement of our city. The first organization that I joined was SAHP where I acquired some experience and gained respect for law enforcement operations. Its structure, jurisdiction, and the overall cooperation and professionalism within the department motivated me to work and grow. After my term at SAHP, I joined LSPD where I discovered my true passion. Working there for several terms, I learned more about the organization's operation, its responsibility, and its leaders, which motivated me to devote even more effort to my work. As a result, through continuous training and learning from more experienced officers, I managed to improve my decision-making skills. I have always enjoyed being a leo. Over the years of working in Law Enforcement, I challenged myself by taking up more responsibility and acquiring more experience in order to be able to become the leader of an organization and manage other people effectively. For which I have worked for many other organizations but LSPD got my heart.
2.2 For maintaining an organization, a leader should be capable of giving bonuses and must have leadership skills. I can ensure that in my term there will be no bonus issues. Bonus will be proper which will motivate every officer to do their best in their departments. I have more ideas that will be implemented in the term.
2.3 There are people that need to be noticed in this city, and I will make sure that those who deserve to be recognized are rewarded according to their work. With my experience, I strongly feel that people who have good departmental experience need to have more say in the activities as they have done it more in their career within the organization. In this way, it will be easy for them to gain confidence in assuming higher leadership positions within the departments in the future. It will also make organization works smoother and easier.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Best way to enhance roleplay within the LSPD would be through engagement with other organizations. We would approach these interactions with respect and professionalism, by collaboration—such as joint SWAT training exercises with the NG and organizing checkpoints involving all departments with SAHP and FIB. Helping EMS with their medical campaigns.
For newbies, we will have strong HRT team which will make sure that every new guy gets to know about server rule and will know how to do proper roleplay as a cop. Hrt will complete their training according to phase. They will be available for day and night shifts for which trainees won't have any issue finishing their trainee phases.
Night shift activity will be looked into by hiring night time officers. I will make sure officer stays at night and keeping city a safe place for citizen.
As i mentioned, all ranks will have rightful officers and it will be ensured by me and my deputies. I will make sure we will dominate with best officers within city.
I have many more advices for improving roleplay which will be implimented by curators approval.
