I request a review of my punishment.
I reported the player for RDM because they started shooting me without giving any demands. The reason I did not give demands first is that I was already being shot as soon as the interaction began. In that situation, I had no reasonable opportunity to issue demands before defending myself or reporting the incident.
My understanding is that demands are required before initiating hostile actions, and since the other player opened fire first without any demands, I believed this qualified as RDM.
I kindly ask the higher administration to review the evidence again and reconsider the decision. Thank you for your time.
