    1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
    I have been in legal orgs from a long time holding Good Ranks and being active, i have seen that sahp is not that active on highway petrols from some time, from last 3 terms I am in SAHP as As of IA and Chief of IA. In government too I have managed as Finance officer, in FIB I managed as dhod of IA and lead many situations. Also I was the leader of Vagos. So I basically know all about legal orgs. and I guess I am ready to become general of NG. I have seen the professionlism of FIB and how they work, i will make sure that that professionalism is followed in my org too so it will be as proper RP. and for making them learn rp, my HR department will be one of the most active one. I will make sure that other organisations can get candies whenever they run out so they can make sure that cityis safe from crimes and my officers work effectively. I will also make sure to have a good bond with other state orgs, and working with them in collaboration, teamwork is necessary thing. I will make sure that gates are covered most of the times. And can having good highcommands with be helping me to run org smoothly without any problem. I have planned the best way to run all departments under my Leadership. NG is always one of the dead org of city as they don't contribute in any situation because they are not enough to even cover the gates, i will be offering good bonuses and will try to make this org active. I have also noticed that ng do a lot of rulebreaks like using heavy weapons in fz etc. i will make sure to train my officers for any situation.

    1. I will make sure that people use /me /try /do for proper rp.
    2. I will make sure that HR department is giving training so everyone knows in org how to behave as cop
    3. As leader I will make sure that there is no favouritism and all.
    4. I will improve Bonus system so we can get a good numbers in org.
    5. I will be regularly conducting meetings with other state organisations and as well as will be conducting events for interacting with citizens and meetings with my own officers will be a main focus for improvement in org.

    3.2 Specialized Departmental Structure: To ensure flawless base security, logistics management and tactical superiority, I will optimize and strictly oversee the following specialized departments: 3.2.1 Military Police (MP): Serving as our internal affairs and base defense unit. MP will be responsible for keeping our ranks 100% professional, checking logs, auditing body cams, gate control, and zero corruption or rule breaking on base. 3.2.2 Human Resources (HR): The entrance to our faction. HR will conduct aggressive, high quality recruitment drives, perform comprehensive background checks, conduct interviews and administer mandatory military academy training for all new incoming cadets to ensure they are fully combat-ready. 3.2.3 Airforce (AF): Our premier aviation unit. The Airforce will handle all aerial recon, patrols of the airspace over Fort Zancudo, high ground air support for heavy operations, and highly coordinated rapid troop drops with helicopters during server events. 3.2.4 Special Forces (SF): Our premier tactical team with heavy response. * SF will be trained in the minutest detail, to maximize their tactical execution in raids on the Fort Zancudo base, hostage rescue, the Aircraft Carrier event, and to provide heavy firepower assistance to other state agencies in authorized emergencies. 3.3 A military faction cannot live on inactive officers. "I will put in place a rigorous weekly metric system for all Division Heads and members of the High Command. Leaders who are inactive or underperforming will be quickly demoted and replaced by highly active deserving soldiers. Leading from the front on the radio and on the pitch will be a must.


  2. 3.4 SANG is very big server events (NG raids, Submarines, Carrier). I will personally make sure that all High Command will be masters of the specific event rules (i.e. no roof usage during specific raids, proper boundary circles, and weapon restrictions). Every week, we'll run mock tactical drills where we simulate a base raid and test our defensive setups, target positioning, and cross-division radio coordination.
