Dear Sir,
I have been wrongly punished for CR in Grand Race.
Grand Race is OOC. CR and blocking dont apply.
Everyone is doing CR in Grand Race all the time.
There are many forums of grand race for CR and blocking but all have been rejected.
Check Forum example 1
You're reporting metagaming during an OOC event, there's no such thing. You're also reporting car ramming/trolling, which is not regulated within that event. Citing ER 1.1, has no specific application to the GRAND Race event. If you want a POV request? You need to Flair that in the title, what's reviewed is what is described in title.
