1) Leader of National Guard
2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
* I want to change how people see the National Guard
I've held high-command roles in Government, LSPD, EMS, FIB, and SHAP, so I've seen how different organizations run from the inside. Out of all of them, National Guard is the one I keep coming back to. Problem is, most players think it off before they even try it - they assume it's boring compared to other Orgs, so the department ends up quiet when it doesn't have to be. I want to flip that. More roleplay scenarios, actual events people want to show up for, closer ties with other organizations. If someone joins NG, I want them to stick around because it's genuinely fun, not just because there's nowhere else to go.
* I want recruitment and promotions to actually mean something
I've seen it happen too many times someone gets pulled in because they know a guy, or they expect a high rank on day one without putting in any real work. That kills morale for everyone who's actually working for their rank. If I'm leading that stops. Promotions go to people who show up, follow proper procedure, and put in the effort not the ones with the right connections. It's not complicated, it just takes someone willing to enforce it consistently.
* I want to build something disciplined that people are proud to be part of NG
Leading across multiple factions taught me the same lesson every time, a department lives or dies on communication and consistency, not just rules. I want NG members to actually want to logging not because they have to do , but because there's structure, there's teamwork, Responsibility, and there's a reason to care. Regular training, joint ops with other departments, internal events that aren't just for show - that's how you build activity.
3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
* The biggest improvement I would make is creating a fair and merit-based system. Promotions, especially to High Command, should be based on activity, experience, leadership, and roleplay quality not favoritism. I would also introduce proper promotion ceremonies so members feel their hard work is recognized.
* I also want to help new players grow. Many players below in-game Level 10 don't fully understand roleplay, so I would recruit suitable players into junior ranks (up to Rank 4), give them proper RP and military training, teach them server rules and National Guard procedures, and let them perform duties like gate security to earn money while gaining experience.
* I would organize regular training sessions and joint operations with other organizations to improve teamwork, increase interaction, and make the National Guard a fun, active, and respected organization.
4) Organisation Experence.
