Why do you want to become the Leader of Families?
I have a lot of experience in gang roleplay and have spent a long time in different organizations. I was 3x Ballas under deputy , 1x Bunta under deputy , and 1x Families under deputy. From this organizations I learned how to manage members, organize events, solve problems, and keep the gang active.
Now I feel ready to lead Families. My goal is to build an organized gang with active members who enjoy rp life and work together as a team. I want everyone to feel respected.
I am active every day and I am ready to dedicate my time to keeping Families competitive. I spent a lot of time in my day in grandrp i do everything in legal and ilegal i trust myself this time is the real time to do something more harder.

My Plans
- Select experienced deputies who can help manage the organization.
- Hold regular meetings and RP trainings to improve teamwork.
- Keep members active with daily gang activities and events.
- Focus on good roleplay while following all server rules.
- Reward active members who contribute to the gang.
- Maintain discipline and prevent unnecessary rule breaks.
- Listen to members suggestions and treat everyone fairly.
- Improve communication during events so everyone knows their role.
My Goals
- Build one of the most active Families terms on the server.
- Achieve strong turf control through teamwork and activity.
- Organize daily events such as Gang Raids, Hostage Situations, and Store Robberies.
- Create a disciplined organization with experienced and active members.
- Keep a good reputation with other organizations.
- Complete my leadership term without organization punishments.
- Leave behind a successful Families term that players will remember.
