1. My Experience​

I believe I have enough experience to lead this organization. I have worked in both legal and illegal organizations and held many leadership positions, including:

• Ex NG Deputy
• Ex Marabunta Deputy
• Ex Vagos High Command
• Ex Minister of DOC
• Ex SAHP Under Deputy
• Ex LSPD Under Deputy
• Ex FIB Task Force Handler
• Ex LI HR
• Ex EMS Dean of Division

Because of these experiences, I know how to manage an organization, handle members, solve internal issues, and maintain good roleplay. I also have experience with turfs, graffiti, NG raids, and gang management.

2. I Want to Build a Strong and Active Gang​

My goal is to make this organization one of the most active and respected gangs in the city.

• Daily gang activities.
• Active participation in turfs and graffiti.
• Good communication between all members.
• Proper discipline and teamwork.
• Fair promotions based on activity and performance.

I want every member to enjoy being part of the organization and always have something to do.

3. I Know the Server Rules​

I have a good understanding of all server rules, including ghetto rules and event rules.

• I will make sure every member follows the rules.
• I will take fair action against rule breakers.
• I will maintain high-quality roleplay.
• I will avoid unnecessary toxicity and encourage respectful behavior.

4. Helping New Players​

I enjoy helping new citizens learn gang roleplay.

• Teach them server and ghetto rules.
• Explain gang systems like turfs and graffiti.
• Help them improve their roleplay.
• Give everyone a fair chance to grow in the organization.

5. Leadership and Communication​

A leader should always listen to their members. I will:

• Listen to member suggestions.
• Solve problems fairly.
• Keep the organization united.
• Make decisions that benefit the entire gang instead of a few individuals.

I am confident that my experience, leadership skills, and dedication will help me lead this organization successfully and create a disciplined, active, and enjoyable environment for all members.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
1. I will recruit players who know the server rules and are serious about gang RP.

2. I will treat every member equally. Even if someone is my friend, there will be no favoritism in promotions or punishments.

3. I will host regular gang events and training so everyone can improve and stay active.

4. We will try our 100% in every turf and keep our graffiti activity active throughout the day.

5. I will hold short meetings before and after events so everyone knows the plan,strategies and make sure everyone is prepared.

6. I will make sure all members follow the server and ghetto rules and maintain good roleplay.

7. I will make the ranking system more organized so members are promoted based on their hard work and activity.

8. My aim is to make Los Santos Vagos one of the strongest, most active, and most respected gangs in the city through teamwork and discipline.
