Dear Admin,
I was just having fun with my friends when this guy ID 255639 hit me with his car, so i confronted him but as you can see he kept provoking me to get a reaction out of me.

As of targeting part this same guy has been harassing me whenever he sees me around the city from past few days, i don't have any other POV of him doing that but this time i have it. At timestamp 00:10 you can see he says " You remember me My name is Sukha " then i remembered its the same guy who keeps provoking me.

Other than that all other rulebreaks are itself in the POV.

Dear Admin the situation is clear however i have another and longer pov i will be glad to provide it to you if required.
Also i need a hindi speaking admin so that he can understand what he said to me.
