I was at the Beach Market and was AFK/in my own thoughts when this GOV guy suddenly approached me and began randomly punching me without any valid RP interaction. When I returned to my PC, I saw that he had already cuffed me, was dragging me, and had placed me into his vehicle. He then proceeded to process me.
During the entire situation, the player committed multiple rule violations, including FailRP. Unfortunately, I was unable to record the beginning of the incident, so I do not have POV of the initial actions. However, once we arrived at DOC, he was running while dragging and cuffing me, which is clear FailRP. He also committed multiple other rule breaks throughout the interaction and in the end he just left me in the cell and after some time admin rescued me.

This gov office cuff my friend without any reason i did cr i got the punishment i deserve it. but this office while dragging my friend did power gaming. This gov officer found many times cuffing and detaning people without any reason. Please take action on him. Thank you.
