I want to become the Leader of Families because of my leadership experience. I have spent a long time in different organizations where I learned how to manage members, solve internal conflicts, organize activities, and make fair decisions under pressure. I have also served in leadership positions before, which helped me understand how to maintain discipline and keep members motivated. I believe this experience will help me lead Families successfully.2)
Families has always been one of my favorite organizations because of its unique identity, teamwork, and strong presence in the city. I have always admired the organization and now I want the opportunity to lead it. My goal is to make Families one of the most respected and active organizations by maintaining discipline, teamwork, and consistent participation in server activities.3)

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I will recruit players who are interested in serious RolePlay and are willing to learn. Experienced members will help train new recruits so everyone understands server rules and Family regulations.I will organize regular Family activities such as events, businesses, family battles, training sessions, and other server activities to keep members active and involved. Internal conflicts will be handled professionally through discussions instead of unnecessary arguments.
High Command positions will never be given through favoritism. Every promotion will be based on activity, leadership, loyalty, discipline, and contribution to the organization. I will also listen to suggestions from members before making important decisions so everyone feels involved in the growth of the Family.
