I was searching for a wanted criminal, I searched a suspect 166915 in my PDA and the location was mark on my map I reached at accurate point according to my map I got the suspect but when I asked for his passport he did a code-a.

The guy knows that he was wanted so he did a code-a, leaving the RP situation.
